Yep. The first amendment clearly doesn't apply to people pointing out breaches in flag etiquette to people who put a flag down like a beach towel and seat their dogs on it.
lol flag etiquette left over from "they's communists" days.
So it's ok for an athlete to wrap himself in it but not for a dog to sit on it. What if the dog is an athlete? What if there's a chair with the American flag cover? Can you sit on that? Does it have to be an official flag?
When you start cross into my personal space to at me about exercising my rights, you're not exercising yours.
Kaley cucoo has STD for anyone interested to bone her..![]()
Flag etiquette is a real thing, which is why people were pointing it out to her. You're welcome to look it up if you care. Doesn't sound like you do.
You keep using words like "freedom" and "rights", but you don't seem to understand how they work. They apply to everyone, even the people with opinions you don't like. There's not a line in the first amendment that prohibits criticizing someone on an Instagram account, which is probably not legally personal space. And personal space is not a first-amendment-free zone anyway.
In short: Someone has just as much right to point out a mistake in flag etiquette as you do to be an en led little about it.
I actually did something to defend the country. I didn't blog about it. You?
I didn't swear an oath to protect the flag, but the cons ution.

None of which is relevant, other than perhaps the irony of your oath to protect the cons ution when you don't seem to understand how the first amendment works.
