I've never known any situation where Dart police was involved in any racial matter... I've never seen or heard of any Dart police being accused of any kind of brutality.

I don't condone violence of any kind against innocent non racist decent cops who work hard as to protect and serve against killers... The problem is they lump us all in one bucket no matter our success or social class...so this is inevitable..in fact there is no other way for change to come if Congress won't take action....if Congress won't take action to hold cops accountable then the reality is that more cops dying will start to become the answer for a lot of people.. There is no other answer if Congress won't act...unfortunately this is what it has come to

Black Lives Matter has a right to protest when they feel that Blacks are being mistreated by the police, which they are. Labeling them as "Punks" or "Thugs" is out of line.

I couldn't tell if the cop was shooting at the person who eventually murdered him or if he was looking at another shooter when the person came around and killed him.
Did you notice a beam on him too?
To be honest the first two (and only times) I watched the video I did not see that and I really don't want to watch it again.

Nope but that was my point in my other post. This happens to everyone - and to act like Whites aren't killed by cops or harassed creates an even bigger racial divide. You can find examples, plenty of them, to fit whatever you are looking for (Blacks shot, blacks arrested and not shot, Whites taken in without being shot despite resisting, whites being beat down or shot for resisting).
Like I said, no question that Blacks are targeted and punished way more than their white counterparts for the same crimes. But when it comes to police killing people? Just as many white people are killed as Blacks and the trend seems to be poor, not race there to me.

I think those might be reflections of the red police lights on the camera. I thought I saw the same thing in an earlier video of downtown but it turned out to be reflections.
Watching the Alton Sterling video & the Philando Castile video & the video of the cop is just brutal. I mean, part of me is glad I watched them; it made it real. The other part of me is so sad that watching actual people die on my iPad is something that is so easily accessible and frequent.
This is a sad world we live in even though I really do believe so many good people exist. Unfortautenly, even with way more good than bad, with a world this big even a small percentage of truly bad people still equals a lot of people
