Maker already looking like a bust
Gonna be watching the Bucks game. Interested to see how Maker and Ibeh perform. Still haven't given up on Ibeh.
Maker already looking like a bust
Who cares about an interview after one SUMMER LEAGUE GAME.
Nostradamus armchair fans already over hyping / criticizing some 19 year old kid who hasn't fully mature yet. Whether he has game or not, he'll still have to convince the coaching staff he is ready and not ride pine.
He needs work. He says the right things. Being y can be good, but chalk this up to being young.
Thanks for sharing.
... He's actually doing alright now. Just playing a lot of minutes and getting a lot of touches. Started off real bad though. I guess I was hating a little bit lol
AT least the young men are ambitious for a repeat!!!!!!!
Would be nice for Cady to show up then.
Only way he sees the ball is off offensive rebounds. Fathead, Simmons, and Murray are ball hogs
It's true that they are high-usage guys who should give Cady the ball more, but he can't let the other aspects of his games lapse because of that. When you're in his position, you do everything you can to impact the game and make a name for yourself.
Super encouraging quote I had not seen b4 about Anderson and Simmons' chemistry:
Quite honestly, very encouraging to read they help each other so much, through thick and thin these two.The Spurs had the best team in Salt Lake City, and it wasn't particularly close. Sending two regular-season rotation players will do that.
Both Kyle Anderson and Jonathan Simmons played meaningful minutes during 2015-16 for the Spurs, and it showed against the inferior compe ion here.
The game was moving slower for the San Antonio duo, who clearly developed chemistry during real games last year. "It definitely helps a lot," Simmons said. "He's my guy. We're very cool on and off the court. We just try to make each other better and stay positive by staying in each other's ear to stay better."
At times, it appeared they were playing little more than a two-man game on the way to an average of 22 points for Simmons and 23.7 for Anderson.

He looks like he's running the court like Usain Bolt compared to Lorbek & Kirk tbh. It's probably too late for him now though, Ndoye will probably start.
Thought he would be JaMychal 2.0. I was wrong
I am thinking Cady has to make his mark on defense. Something to watch out for with him.
I think the same of LJC.
You can tell they play with a lot of synergy. It's really a trait the Spurs cultivate with all the dinners, bonding experiences, etc. Really want to see them look after Murray and show him the ropes, especially Simmons. Hate him or love him, you got to respect how hard he has worked for everything he has.
Houston vs Atlanta. Want to see Bembry, Payton and Harrell.
How the is Beasly playing in summer league lol
Indeed but I don't hate him. I hope he surpasses my expectations.![]()
You know who was very Spursy: Stephen Jackson aka Tim's favorite teammate
I never saw those times... I feel like I am at a disadvantage with old time Spurs fans, but I do know of his reputation. He was a great teammate allegedly but quite a character... also wasn't there some jealousy issue between him and Manu...
This was sooo funny on twitter
The scouting report on Dijon:
Wolves vs Nuggets should be good also, Dunn, Murray
Great point. Thought about him too. He only helped us win a championship, but it cost him a spot with the Spurs at the end though.
nba best basketball talent in the world...
