He staying with us, or is he waiting for the big bucks to be thrown his way? I feel he did'nt get much of a chance last year and would love for him to be brought back, (for the right price).

He's the type of guy that the Markert is going to retire.

But if not, I'm hoping eagerly to hear: "Kmart has agreed to [$/yrs] deal with [any team but spurs] per league source."

He's a volume shooter. Not really a pick n pop shooter. Didn't seem to really get set in the spurs offense last year. If we got space, sure. But just not sure his skill set really jives with our system. I'm sure he'll get a contract, but he probably made the wrong move buying out the remainder of his contract.

I think the spurs are more geared towards building towards future now than anything else. Before it was getting as much veteran help to get a ring last year, but now I think they are trying to build for the future.

If the Spurs call Rasual Butler, I hope his reply is two words, and the first one is " ".

Given the way our playoffs ended I think we did him a favor. I mean imagine watching that mess from the end of the bench rather than you tv.

After keeping Bonner over him on the roster I would never answer the phone from them again tbh....

Need to get younger; we have enough vets on the team. Signing K-Mart would be redundant and regressive.

Only older player I'd accept would be a big (and even then it would be good to go young) just because JCL and Dedmon are unlikely to be extended contributors if LMA or Pau have injuries and have to be out for any length of time. Tall is tall. But for perimeter players we need youth.
