Lol Victoria. probably first prospect out of that taint to have an offer at a BCS conference program and he pisses it down the drain.

Texas commits drop in latest 247Sports rankings (24/7):
Texas commits didn’t fare too well in the new Top247 rankings.
Austin Westlake quarterback Sam Ehlinger, John Tyler wide receiver Damion Miller, Texarkana Liberty-Eylau defensive end Lagaryonn Carson and Hooks athlete Montrell Estell all fell on Wednesday.
Ehlinger took the biggest tumble as he dropped 41 spots from No. 155 to No. 196. The four-star prospect had a prolific junior season and advanced to the Elite 11 finals but battled an injury in Oregon.
Estell suffered the next biggest fall as he moved down 30 spots from No. 145 to No. 175. While he is an extremely versatile and talented athlete, Estell wasn’t very active on the camp circuit.
Carson fell 11 spots from No. 63 to No. 74, while Miller dropped down six spots from No. 152 to No. 158.
Lake Dallas cornerback Kobe Boyce and DeSoto offensive lineman Xavier Newman, Texas' two other commits, were not included in the updated rankings.
24/7 reporting QB Jerrod Heard is getting time at slot WR during volunteer team workouts.
They say if he loses the starting job to Buechele as expected, he could possibly make the transition to WR before fall camp is over.
To take it a step further, they believe he could get real playing time if Duvernay ends up being the only guy ahead of him on the depth chart.
Fine with me.
Get them on campus without a bunch of other recruits around.
Strong on the Finebaum Show.
Hopefully the link is good.

McRaven jumped on board too.
There's some talk that the UT leaders are feigning support for Houston so they don't look like the bad guy when the Oklahoma schools say "no."
Dammit. SWC again
Scout says 2018 WR Miles Battle of Cypress Creek will be in Austin this weekend.
He's a potential offer down the road.

TFLOSS this is more political than we think. UT purchased land in H-town and wants to open a campus-
LB Devodrick Johnson of Dallas Kimball is back to being a "no" for UTL on Saturday, according to 24/7.
Another possibility for sure.

OrangeBloods reporting the first practice of fall camp starts on Friday, August 5th.
