I'm not in middle school anymore. I doubt I could break 23 at my age. But I really don't know. Haven't ran a sprint in a while. Certainly not a 200.

Usually a sprinters 100m PR x 2 will give you a good idea of what they can run the 200m in, ok ya with me rookie?
A 9.97 guy...19.94...ok? In order to run a 20.00, you'd need to be around a 10.00 man. IF you have that kind of 100m speed in middle school, you are the fastest kid in history...ok rookie? Dude, the HS 100m record is......10.00.
