Where exactly do you expect him to get the money to pay back the loans he has loaned himself? And do you think that he should not make use of his own property, facilities, plane, etc for his campaign? He should instead of using his own ballroom at Doral, rent out a similar facility or instead of using his own jet, fly commercial? I see that as running a lean, mean campaign and using good business sense. And what exactly is wrong with donations from small donors - you knock Trump for people sending him donations but not Bernie? I can tell you that he did not start soliciting donations until well after the primaries - June 17 (iirc) and even then most of his solicitations are with matches from him.
Trump announced his candidacy on June 16, 2015 so I don't see how this article can say he started his campaign in April. And you don't list when these SuperPacs started (before or after the primaries) - not that it matters as he has denounced SuperPacs, and I don't think he has any real control over them.
