Thats what most people do here because its bitter and alcohol strong, fernet + cola = fernando... of course you must use the original coca or maybe a pepsi,
not some cheap knock off like this one.
Not horrible but not great either.
The difference is that the Spurs told Simmons they would guarantee his contract and June, whereas last weekend, the deadline for them to change their minds passed.

Delfino could do much more things on the offensive end of the floor. He could go one on one when needed, shoot off the drible, he was pretty good as the ball handler on the pick and roll too. Not saying Garino isn't capable of doing all those things, but he certainly isn't on the same level as Delfino in those aspects of the game.
Garino is more of a blue-collar guy, that plays tough, goes for rebounds, goes for blocks and plays bigger than he is. Also, I know he's listed at 6'6'', but imho he's 6'7''. At least, to me, he appears to be significantly bigger than Manu.
I tried it dry but could not drink it so I did what other people were doing i.e drinking it with coca like a cuba libre... I started to enjoy with the proportion of 1/4th of fernet and 3/4th of coca... I had never tasted something that bitter... wow
Yeah, they wouldn't go back on their word, but it sure would have been nice if they'd left the door open to be able to free up his roster spot.
A translation from an interview by Garino I dug up from teh comments section in Pounding the Rock: http://www.poundingtherock.com/2016/...-deal#comments http://www.ole.com.ar/basquet/garino...624037717.html
At first, I thought all was a joke by Manu. But Pop’s interest was huge. I had plans with Orlando and Brooklyn seemed to be interested too, but then the Spurs showed up and that was unique."
- "Pop was honest with me. He said he hadn’t seen me play much, but many of their scouts had been following me for some time. Then he saw me play against USA and he went to talk with Manu about me. He told me everything Manu told him about me and that many things seemed to fall in place for the profile they were looking for. He said he likes the way I defend, that’s something I have already incorporated into my game, while most of the time Pop has to emphasize that to other players. He also likes the way I move off the ball and my shooting mechanics"
- About the preseason: "I will try to gain their confidence, and they will decide what to do with me. I might do it pretty well, but I’m going to represent the franchise and help the team in whatever they might need, either with the NBA team or playing in the D-League. And I’m definitely going there to learn and grow up."
Apparently, the Spurs have been scouting him since 2009, when he played in the U-16 Panam Tournament.

Good stuff
Well, no you didn't like it son.
You have to drink that with a glass full of ice, 18% of Fernet (only Branca) and 82% of Coke (none of that pepsi ).
I lost the count of how many empty Fernandito bottles I've seen morning after morning while coming home.
Lol, it must be from those who drink before entering the ¨boliche¨ how they called that? ¨previa¨?
I always thought that was cheap but now seeing how our economy is sinking I totally understand previas.
Previas >>> boliches
yeah, me tomaba un carton de vino toro antes de ir a Cinema, La France... otro boliche en Belgrano que ni me acuerdo como se llamaba... en Gesell tambien, un desastre...
I totally dig this kid. I hope he shows Pop things during camp. Gotta keep that Argentine talent pipeline going...
you talking about son? Previas are the . Many times it ends up being the highlight of the night.
Lol nothing wrong about that tbh, its just Im not a boliche guy.
Klay is already loving Garino´s junk.
It's a recurring theme among Gay Area players.
Whose PG's agent? Guessing we're just trying to get on his good side; cos this guy sucks (based on the 20 seconds of video I watched).
I wasn't sure about Garino until this post, tbh... now I think he might actually survive training camp...![]()
good one Nono.
All I care about is that he has a reputation for some grit defensively personally, but since he got on JimmerLover thornside, he must have some chance!![]()
I'd take Bonner over him.
Your joking right?
Bonner's a real NBA player. This guy's a practice squad player.
