pass
Celtics, Clippers and Spurs in play.
He says he will officially retire if he's not picked up before the year starts.

His lateral quickness is gone. Manu tore him up in the 2014 Finals. But he could be good in limited minutes.
Enjoy retirement Gay.
Still better than kevin martin
Celtics, Clippers and Spurs ? lol
has he gone senile like Pop?
He should choose Cavs or Dubs?
this . Go retire already.
Sign him for vet min. Spurs need some depth with the 2nd unit.
Would be the second best shooting guard on the team, right behind Green.
We are in the middle of a renovation. I pass on a semi retired player.
your right we are in the middle. the real renovation dosent start until next year when some of the contracts that we signed when we were trying to make our last push with timmy will drop off. So i guess until then it wouldn't hurt to sign him and play him in limited minutes until the playoffs kind of like horry in 07,08. also he is better than kevin martin...offense and defense.
Any got who would want this dusty old on our team isn't a true spurs fan.
I'd love to have him in the Steve Kerr role of high percentage shooter you play for 5-10 minutes when someone ahead of him is injured, in major foul trouble, or ing ice cold.
He couldn't guard a soul in the 2014 Finals so that's basically the only role he could play at 41.
His final game was 2013 Finals Manure status.![]()
Yeah, he's far from a rotation player now. He's just a specialist, he can be the 2017 Spurs version of Bonner.
Wouldn't want him for free. The only reason to want him on the team would be to r mentoring purposes and we already have enough vets for that.
Lol @ thinking this old who hasn't played in what? Two years? could give us anything valuable on the court.
Would rather have T-Mac on the bench to get that ring
He's done; go sit down somewhere Ray.
as long as the spurs don't sign fisher tbh![]()
