It's not whether Parker can be effective offensively anymore. It's about how the game flows when he's on the court. If he didn't just dribble until there's 5 seconds left on the shot clock, and actually move the ball, I think we might be able to live with him on the team. This has been a trend since the 2013-2014 season. I think he's the issue as to why we had so many slow starts last season. Sure he might be a better PG than Mills, but I think we all see that the team is way more fluid when gino is out there instead of Parker.
