    Agreed. This is insinuation without having the courage to make a clear statement ... a sophisticated version of Trump's "Many people are saying ..." and "I'm hearing ...". After several independent confirmations that Russia was the source of the hack, it's not surprising that Assange is once again acting as a mouthpiece for Russia.
