Why would you do that to perfectly good steaks? They are inedible now. I mean, I would probably get some nice grill marks then sous-vide them for a few hours but how would I explain those holes? Plus the sous-vide process would lock all that in.

After the discussion yesterday, I realized that I never did read the Talisman. I started it on Audiobook last night. Looking forward to "reading" those guys when they were in their prime. I have a hard time making it through King's newer books.
Talisman is great. I kind of think that LeeMajors just might be a King expert.

I need to get back to the Dark Tower. I finished Gunslinger and then went through a period of not reading for a while. So didn't want to reread it. But thinking it might be worth it.
