Yeah...ya'll did that on purpose because of my super superior expertise. And I damn near made the playoffs. There will be a reckoning.
Bend over, i'll give ya a in reckoning.
I'd take either but I'd prefer 6. I got the 10th pick in my other 10-man league also, so I want to see what kind of team I can get from an earlier slot.
I get the fact that the guy can't seem to stay healthy the past several seasons, and had a terrible season last year. Largely due to knee surgery in training camp, and dealing with a hip injury most of the year. He could only run in a straight line for the most part, and had little-to-no cutting ability. But, this could be a year where C.J Spiller could give someone a few solid weeks in a PPR league if he is the 3rd down back. A possible post-draft guy to keep tabs on. The Saints play several high-scoring offenses early on, and multiple monster defenses throughout the year. They're probably going to be playing a lot of catch-up, and of course Ingram can't seem to stay healthy either. Playing 16 only once, and around an average of 11.5 games a year if you exclude his one full season.
Sean Payton has stated numerous times that Spiller looks to have some bounce back over the course of the off-season and during training camp. He also seems to have gotten some quality PT the last two games with the first unit. And obviously he won't be the guy he was in Buffalo, but in an offense that likes to toss it around, he could be a potential RB2 in PPR formats. Obviously this sounds like lunacy at this point in time, and nobody is really talking about him from what I've seen or heard. But who knows, he could be one those surprises this year.
It would be nice to get the opinions of Darth_Pelican, redzero or Pelican
I'm not Darth Pelican but I did run around a 20 200.
It's not a terrible take. He should get more touches this season. But I think it would require an injury to Ingram (which is highly possible...maybe even probable) for him to have an impact on an FF team. Worth a late round shot that you could drop later if Ingram does end up getting all the work.
LOL. I turned off the notifications. The last thing I need is my kid or wife seeing what Albert is proposing to do to you. Not to mention, it now lets you attached pics and gifs.
Sadly, there's no smack talk button this season.
It seems N.O may want to mix Hightower in which seems to be problematic at present. However, it seems natural for him to a 3rd down back, and sprinkle in a handful of carries. He's far better in space than the other two backs in a pass catching capacity. Not that they can't catch passes, they just aren't Spiller. But it seems as if this will have to work itself out I guess. I'm not, and haven't drafted him in any of my league. Nor will I if I join another. Definitely on the watch-list though.
Yup, the only thing missing is that smack button. They must've had budget cuts and got rid of the writers.
already muted the chat notifications
can y'all not chat about avante or pretend to be avante this season, please?
Ravens cut one of my draft picks, lol
Ian Rapoport @RapSheet
Wow. The #Ravens are cutting RB Justin Forsett, source said.
