Desperate trolling by OP when you consider Parker had 27 points on 47 percent shooting in that '03 game 6 vs the Lakers.
neither of them combined will ever generate more traffic than a couple of parker sucks threads tbh

Parker in the spurs forum is like kobe in the NBA forum
Yup. Both washed up, heroballing, no defense, past their prime players. Porker just needs to retire.![]()
Generally speaKing most players don't retire with a contract. What'll probably happen is his minutes will go down until he's officially benched then he'll retire the year he's benched or end of this contract whichever is last occurring.
At least you didn't disagree with the other stuff. You starting to understand.
See, this is where you lose credibility. Parker came out of the gate strong putting up solid numbers in the playoffs against Gay Payton as a rookie. Comparing him to Beno is ridiculous.
Only like 3 people like those 2 players. They know who they are. They won't generate jack .![]()
Parker underperformed in 03 Finals and Claxton was marvelous in 03 Finals. Dem's the facts, got.
To deny parker was cringeworthy"at times"during his first few postseasons does not bolster your credibility.
The vast majority of posters on here think you are the biggest parker nuthugger of them all. That being said, i feel pretty confident with my credibility when compared to your credibility on any subject relating to parker.
In 03, Parker kicked Kidd's ass in game 1 and then Scott adjusted by putting Kittles on him whose length bothered him and he played like without a consistent jumper. He was actually pretty good particularly for a rookie in his first playoffs.
Phillip is a dumb that struggles to read stat sheets and come up with a coherent take.
This posters at ude is certainly often too bright, the evidence they provide is usually way more compelling then the anti Parker crew's recycled nuggets of YouTube clips. I mean, at worst you can say Parker was inconsistent, but to ignore the defensive schemes at the time it's deliberate stupidity.
Who's fault is it that Parker's jump shot sucked? Parker saved his worst for Game 4 when the Spurs should've been puttin' a nail in the Nets coffin.
Spoiler: we won the series
Does Tony expect to get carried all the ing time?![]()
Yeah, that's why he made the All-Defensive Team 12 times - second only to Duncan. Of course, back then the AD Team was picked by opposing coaches, and what the do they know about basketball compared to you?
This place is so ed up.
same thing was said about Kobe... peeps still here, tbh...
Porkerstans getting truthnuked![]()
I'm gonna disagree here for a minute... same coaches that never handed Tim a DPOY???
To be fair, Kobe was a great defender back in his young years, tbh... he stopped caring and got a few in-memoriam afterwards.
Would've been a sweep with Manu and Speedy taking more of those Parker minutes, tbh.
Kobe was never even a good defender, let alone a great defender. Seriously, that's like saying Parker was a great defender at one point.
Look at Kobe all-defense teams vs Paul Pierce all-defense teams and then look at the stats. Your citing marketing gimmicks, numb nuts.
On the three-peat he was...
The most I could give you is he could play arguably good defense on select possessions. But he mostly took possessions off even then.
he was a rookie. He improved his jump shot. If you want to act obtuse to the concept of player development have at it.
