So many brodcasters have talked about the empty seats in Spurs games and many fans have noticed the significant empty seats. Last year, there was an article about it.
Apperently some rich company bought thousands of tickets in the middle lower section where it is directly facing camera..hence staduim looking empty.
Also, are they still going to continue enticing fans to watch the game on the staduim bars?
Last year was an embarrasing showing attendance wise. The tickets were mostly sold out, but many would not show ( company tickets, and many would just hang out in the bars and Burger resturants)

It's an evil plot by Joe Lacob to reduce the crowd noise in the AT&T Center, and make the team look bad on national TV. The Spurs ownership likes it, because they are about to sell the team to a Chinese billionaire, and the extra ticket sales make the team appear more valuable than it really is. Pop has decided to counter by making Parker sit in the stands because he is so fat and will fill up a lot of seats.
If the food they serve there continues on the lines it's been going then everybody in the crowd will "fill up a lot of seats." It's fatboy heaven there and trying to find something that might be good for you is tough. Whataburger is the healthiest thing to eat there.
Every pro-sports team in America depends on block corporate ticket sales. I live in Ohio now and when the cavs were bad I would get the opportunity for 3rd and 4th row seats for free. The large blocks of normal tickets if you were requesting 2 you would get handed a half dozen and be told give them to friends and say a nice word about the bank. Now that James is back the tickets are a pain for me to get free but are still somewhat available.
Thing is lots of companies once the target staff doesn't desire them they just kinda sit there.
