he was a rookie. He improved his jump shot. If you want to act obtuse to the concept of player development have at it.
He shouldn't have been starting, then.

So because he was not a good matchup against Kittles that means he should not start at all. You really are extremely ignorant in hwo to work with people. Likely why you have to switch accounts ad nauseum.

Yeah, that's why he made the All-Defensive Team 12 times - second only to Duncan. Of course, back then the AD Team was picked by opposing coaches, and what the do they know about basketball compared to you?

This place is so ed up.
Hahaha exactly. Kobe sucked at defense, lol. This guy's takes are off the charts.

You guys are idiots. I live in the LA market. I've watched him play sh** defense night after night and get a couple stat stuffer plays maybe and then get handed some marketing award. I watched one attacker after another drive by him too. This guy was no Bruce Bowen or Kawhi by any stretch of the imagination.

In 03, Parker kicked Kidd's ass in game 1 and then Scott adjusted by putting Kittles on him whose length bothered him and he played like without a consistent jumper. He was actually pretty good particularly for a rookie in his first playoffs.

Phillip is a dumb that struggles to read stat sheets and come up with a coherent take.
He wasn't a rookie in '03. His first playoff experience came against Seattle and the Lakers the previous season. Tony Parker hasn't been good in years and was a no-show on many occasions in the playoffs. Marbury used to eat his lunch like a bully.

Fair enough. He was a second year player and only 20 years old nonetheless.

He struggled in that Nets series and he could no longer manage the 20+ ppg load he once was able to for the past few years. He's a role player now; he's not worthless. I can understand if you don't like his salary but to say he has no value is false.

Prime Marbury was All-NBA no shame in a 20 year old struggling against that. Marbury also fell off a cliff when he went to the Knicks.

Who's fault is it that Parker's jump shot sucked? Parker saved his worst for Game 4 when the Spurs should've been puttin' a nail in the Nets coffin.
Who said anything about fault? He came into the league at 19 and it steadily improved. By his 5th year in the league he was deadly from midrange to supplement his elite quickness and finishing. He's slowed down from then but he does a good job of running the offense and picking his spots playing off his teammates. The corner 3 has also helped his game giving him an area to improve as he rides off into the sunset.

You are not going to age well and panic I am guessing if it hasn't already started. You just don't know how to reckon change.
