Called it. But the 10 game suspension is actually still under appeal, report is that he will "likely" win it due to lack of test-to-test independence, lack of precedent for compound suspensions... etc. As long as his rehab results come back good and he tests negative before the end of his current suspension.

That Gregory can't be suspended 10 games on top of his initial 4 game sentence for now. But if he gets suspended again during the season AFTER he's done serving his current 4 game suspension, OR anytime in the next 3 offseasons or regular seasons, he will be subject to the 10 game suspension or perhaps even the season-long suspension because his 10 game suspension got bypassed.
