Since 1997 and Tim Duncan, No other 1st overall pick has won a ring with the team that drafted them. Cleveland has 4 1st overall picks since then, still no ring. Funny how Lakers fan thinks tanking is the key to rebuilding. Prior to Tim, it was David. I think you have to go back to Hakeem to get to the next one. So either Tim, David or Hakeem, or Magic or Bird or MJ or one of the legends who were drafted after 1st. Good luck with that.
