I can why he runs it (financially) the way he does. You can see the stinginess in only 1 person writing/vetting Melania's speech, small number of field offices, personnel, etc. The thought of spending $2 billion on a campaign as Hillary intends to must sound as absurd to a practical business man as it does to me. He's doing a lot of stuff by instinct. I do think he improves quickly though - the primary debates, the teleprompter speeches - all improved from the first to last/current. Now if he could only keep his mouth shut, stay off Twitter and stick only to the economy, national security and Hillary's email/Foundation problems.
