The vocation schools are much better then college
People actually would have somethings that gets them a job
Just like with traditional 2 and 4 year colleges, it all depends on what you study and how well you learn the material.

Some people just don't apply themselves. Some people choose the wrong degree/profession then struggle to pass or learn the materials well enough to do an actual job in their field. or they earn a degree in a field that is oversaturated with graduates. or, worst of all, they "Follow their dreams" in hopes that wishing and praying really hard will bring back jobs that either were outsourced or simply no longer exist.

One thing about a traditional post secondary education is you are definitely more well rounded in what you study. Vocational schools are very gimmicky in that regard.

Reck, I am sorry - I take back my comment about what you ought to do - I'm in no state to be on the board today. Found out that my favorite aunt/confidante is in ICU (in Toronto) - had a knee infection, surgery to drain, antibiotics, breathing tube and Last Rites when her organs started to fail. I am inconsolable - torn between praying for her recovery and hoping she goes so that she's not afraid (she's a scaredy cat when it comes to medical procedures) and I don't know if she's conscious enough to know about the tube/surgery.

    Our current president
Here are 18 separate attacks he unloaded while in China and Laos:
There are still too many poor children in the United States
Too many children in America are not getting enough to eat
Despite America's wealth, we’re not providing sufficient educational resources in poor communities
America lacks the “political will” to help poor inner cities that have suffered discrimination.
Americans are “lazy” in thinking we don’t need to learn about foreign nations.
Colin Kapernack is justified protesting the National Anthem, as the NFL star is raising “real, legitimate issues” about things America needs to be talked about.
America suffers from racism, conflicts between ethnic groups, and discrimination against immigrants.
Criticisms of America being imperfect and having problems with racism discrimination are accurate.
America still has “situations where women are not treated equally.”
America “didn't think through” our policy in Vietnam War, as dropping cluster bombs proved counterproductive to "winning hearts and minds."
America’s treatment of Native Americans was “tragic.”
America “struggled to stay true” to our founding ideal that all men are created equal.
When the environment is destroyed in America, it’s because the private sector is being “lazy."
The United States is still to this day learning how to develop industry without destroying the environment.
Due to industrialization, America “used to have terrible pollution … everywhere.”
America’s role in the Vietnam war led to mass displacement of people from their homes.
America dropped more bombs on Laos than on Germany and Japan during World War II … more than 2 million bombs … “the bombs fell like rain.” More bombs, he said on several occasions, were dropped on Laos per capita than anywhere else in the world.
We bombed the “simple homes” of civilians in Laos. “Villages and entire allies were obliterated.” The ancient Plain of Jars “was devastated.” Countless civilians were killed.

What a surprise, Donalds claims are pure bull .

AP FACT CHECK: Trump's false claim of opposing the Iraq War

NEW YORK — Over and over again, Donald Trump says he opposed the Iraq War before it started. But no matter how many times the Republican candidate for president says it, the facts are clear: He did not.
There is no evidence Trump expressed public opposition to the war before the U.S. invaded. Rather, he offered lukewarm support. The billionaire businessman only began to voice doubts about the conflict well after it began in March 2003.
That hasn't kept Trump from making his opposition a centerpiece of his criticism of Democratic rival Hillary Clinton's approach to foreign policy.

INTELLIGENCE EXPERTS EVISCERATE TRUMP FOR ‘UNPRECEDENTED’ RAMBLING ABOUT CLASSIFIED BRIEFING

Intelligence officials from multiple administrations have uniformly expressed their shock regarding Donald Trump’s casually dropped public comments about events that took place during a classified briefing.

The Republican presidential said to Matt Lauer on NBC’s Commander-in-Chief Forum that he could could tell intelligence officials didn’t like President Obama, based on their “body language.”

“I was very, very surprised,” Trump said. “In almost every instance, and I could tell, I have pretty good with the body language [sic], I could tell, they were not happy. Our leaders did not follow what they were recommending.”

The Washington Post‘s observed that “The assertion was delivered as a throwaway line during a lengthy discussion of foreign policy. But among U.S. intelligence officials, Trump’s claim amounts to an accusation of a serious breach of professional ethics.”

Paul Pillar, a former high-ranking analyst for the CIA said “Those selected for this task would have been the most professional of an elite corps of intelligence officers. One of the last things they would do is express either verbally or through body language preferences” about their personal thoughts on a Presidential administration.

Former CIA Director Michael Morell said these flippant comments prove that Trump’s “got zero understanding of how intelligence works.”

“This is the first time that I can remember a candidate for president doing a readout from an intelligence briefing, and it’s the first time a candidate has politicized their intelligence briefing,” Morell said. “Both of those are highly inappropriate and crossed a long standing red line respected by both parties. To me this is just the most recent example that underscores that this guy is unfit to be commander in chief.”

“This is unprecedented,” said former CIA officer David Priess — who conducted the daily classified briefings to high ranking officials during the George W. Bush administration. “We’ve had other presidential candidates mention that they got a briefing and talk in pla udes about it. We’ve never had somebody talk about what happened in a session.”

Trump bragged his building was the tallest in Manhattan hours after Twin Towers fell

In a recent Politico Magazine feature, author Michael Kruse dug up a gem from a 2001 interview Trump did with WWOR, conducted by former Trump publicist Alan Marcus. In the interview, which took place on 9/11, the now-2016 GOP presidential nominee used the tragedy of the World Trade Center’s demise to promote one of his own buildings.

Only parenthetically in the middle of the 10-minute conversation did Trump turn to a favorite topic—size. “40 Wall Street,” he said, referring to his 71-story building blocks away from the now-collapsed twin towers, “actually was the second-tallest building in downtown Manhattan, and it was actually, before the World Trade Center, was the tallest—and then, when they built the World Trade Center, it became known as the second-tallest. And now it’s the tallest.”

Trump Beach Resort In Florida Seeks More Foreign Workers

As Donald Trump continues to campaign on a platform of restoring American jobs, companies he owns or that bear his name continue to apply for permission to import foreign workers for positions at resorts and golf courses from New York to Florida.

On Friday, the Department of Labor posted a pe ion from the Trump International Beach Resort, in Sunny Isles Beach near Miami, Florida, to import temporary workers.

The resort, which licenses Trump’s name but is owned by the International Resorts Management Group, asked for permission to bring in 20 waiters and waitresses, claiming no Americans wanted the jobs. The positions pay $10.36 an hour plus tips.

In addition to this latest request, companies owned by Trump or bearing his name have already sought permission from the Department of Labor to hire at least 227 foreign guest workers since he launched his presidential campaign.

Trump Picked His Bogus Charity's Pocket to Buy $20K Painting of Himself

    "This is just straight-up fraud."

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump not only doesn’t contribute any of his own money to his charity The Trump Foundation, he also used $20,000 of donor money to buy a six-foot painting of himself.

For months, the Post‘s David Farenthold has devoted himself to finding and verifying Trump’s often-boasted-about charitable donations.

“I don’t have to give you records,” Trump said to the Post in May, “but I’ve given millions away.”

Armed with spiral notebooks, ballpoint pens and a telephone, Farenthold has called charity after charity and found virtually no evidence of Trump ever reaching into his own pocket to donate. In fact, Trump’s usual version of charitable giving involves soliciting donations to the Trump Foundation and then, essentially, re-gifting that money to other charities, foundations and political campaigns.

“(N)early all of its money comes from people other than Trump,” Farenthold said. “In tax records, the last gift from Trump was in 2008.

Since then, all of the donations have been other people’s money — an arrangement that experts say is almost unheard of for a family foundation.”

“Trump’s foundation appears to have repeatedly broken IRS rules,

which require nonprofit groups to file accurate paperwork,” wrote Farenthold Saturday.

“In five cases, the Trump Foundation told the IRS that it had given a gift to a charity whose leaders told The Post that they had never received it.

In two other cases, companies listed as donors to the Trump Foundation told The Post that those listings were incorrect.”

    Farenhold described the

Trump Foundation as a “threadbare, skeletal” operation. Its only employees and administrators are Trump, his sons Eric and Donald Jr., daughter Ivanaka and one other administrator.

On Sept. 11, 2001, Donald Trump called a New York television station to share what he had seen from his skyscraper apartment and what he had heard from associates closer to the World Trade Center. At one point during the nearly 10-minute interview, Trump mentioned that his building in the Financial District was now the tallest.

“Forty Wall St. actually was the second-tallest building in downtown Manhattan, and it was, actually, before the World Trade Center, was the tallest,” Trump said in an interview with WWOR-TV in New York when asked whether his building had been damaged. “And then when they built the World Trade Center, it became known as the second-tallest, and now it’s the tallest.”

Yes, because even on 9/11 itself, Donald Trump was focused on how the deadliest terrorist attack in American history relates to Donald Trump.

The Washington Post’s report added, “Trump frequently invokes 9/11 on the campaign trail, especially in defense of his proposal to temporarily ban the entry of Muslims and others from countries ‘compromised’ by terrorism…. But several of Trump’s statements about what he witnessed that day appear to be greatly exaggerated or false.”

And if that were the end of Trump’s controversies related to 9/11, it would be problematic. But the story actually gets worse.

Back in May, we discussed a post-9/11 economic program, designed to help enterprises around Ground Zero after the terrorist attacks. Though the money was intended to help small businesses, Trump took advantage of unenforced guidelines to receive $150,000 in taxpayer money.

The New York Daily News had a follow-up report over the weekend:

Donald Trump’s tale about why he took $150,000 in 9/11 money is as tall as the Downtown skyscraper he says he used in recovery efforts, according to government records.
Though the billionaire presidential candidate has repeatedly suggested he got that money for helping others out after the attacks, do ents obtained by the Daily News show that Trump’s account was just a huge lie.

Trump has allied himself with fringe media personality Alex Jones – a 9/11 “truther.”

He broke character and "wished her well", which is more gracious than all you Trash supporters here wanting her dead.

But of course, Trash is lying, since he can only benefit from Hillary health problems, certainly wishes her health, and media's incessant hyping of it, would kill her campaign.

iow, Trash wishes her diseased and/or dead, just like you conned, suckered, racist, bigoted Trash supporters.
