A: could be aspiration event due to her neurological disorder. If so this is a chemical pneumonia meaning it's due to stomach acid, oral content going into lungs causing damage (pneumonia) which may then become infected with bacteria later. This type of pneumonia is recurrent, severe in its tissue damage, and does not respond to any treatment beyond physical therapy to reduce but not stop abnormal swallowing. Also explains her recurrent coughing.
B: X-ray evidence of pneumonia is sometimes the first evidence of lung cancer, it was in my mother who had unexplained coughing for two weeks which was why I had driven down from Rochester to Omaha to see her. No fever, no sputum but abnormal X-ray and by the way she then tells me she has been dizzy, forgetful, lightheaded, and her friends told her she had been acting "funny" the last month. All these turned out to be neurological signs (paraneoplastic syndrome) associated with her lung cancer. Lung cancer can cause antibodies to be made to neurons that then cause many odd neurological symptoms to occur including difficulty swallowing, aspiration and coughing like Hillary has been doing. My Mom suc bed to her cancer within 6 weeks.
Thus Hillary's pneumonia and neurological symptoms could be explained by an underlying lung cancer that is just now becoming clinically apparent.
Hillary needs to be seen at Mayo, Hopkins, Stanford etc if she wants to stay alive, but to admit to this level of illness means to give up her Presidential aspirations and I believe she would rather die than do that.(unintentional pun)

There's all sorts of pneumonia, bacterial, viral... my dad, who's well over 80, had a bout with it not that long ago. When you get older, your defenses get weaker, a common flu can turn into pneumonia fairly easily.

"The VNS turns off if you hold the magnet over it.
