CNN Gives Trump The Lead In Ohio By Under Polling Voters Under 50 Years Old
A new poll showing Donald Trump leading Hillary Clinton by 4 points in Ohio set the media buzzing, but a look at the polling data reveals that CNN under polled voters under age 50.
Update:
It turns out that CNN did poll voters under 50, but the reason why their crosstabs showed no data was because they polled too few younger voters. Younger voters have made up 44%-51% of those who voted in the last three election cycles. CNN’s sample was made of 18% younger voters.
In essence, CNN cut the number of younger voters in Ohio in half.
Donald Trump will definitely win Ohio if no one under the age of 50 comes out to vote, but that is not going to happen.

Clinton had been on a downward trajectory since mid-August, but got some pretty decent polls last week. This week's have been rough.

Donald Trump says “fifty percent” of Americans are lazy freeloaders who “don’t have to do anything”
Trump himself has thrown half the country under the bus with his own words, writing them off as being freeloaders who “don’t have to do anything” because the other half of the country is carrying them.
Whereas Mitt Romney was famously caught writing off “47%” of Americans as being lazy bums during a speech at a private event which was subsequently leaked on video, Donald Trump bizarrely made his remark on television.
He told Fox News host Sean Hannity back in June of last year that
“The problem we have right now—
we have a society that sits back and says we don’t have to do anything.
Eventually, the 50 percent cannot carry —
and it’s unfair to them —
but cannot carry the other 50 percent.”
Trump’s remark went largely unnoticed at the time, both because he was making far more controversial remarks of the racist and sexist variety, and because at the time no one was expecting him to survive long in the race anyway.

Robert Reich smacks down Trump advisor: His trickle-down tax plan is ‘fairy-land’
“I have never heard how
isolationism — a kind of Smoot-Hawley isolationism in terms of withdrawing from the global market —
at the same time you are cutting taxes — mostly on the wealthy — and
trickle-down economics at the same time you’re
embarking on a huge military buildup which Trump also wants to do,” Reich said.
“How do you do this and how at the same times do you get 25 million new jobs and growth out of this?
This is wishful thinking beyond wishful thinking. This is fairy-land.”
“My regret, Chris Matthews, down through the years is that I can’t convince my very good friend Robert Reich that lower tax rates create incentives and rewards to grow the economy,” said Ludlow![]()

, a CNBC host.
“I love the guy, but he’s never understood the growth model.”
“The reason you haven’t been able to convince me is because nothing has trickled down,” Reich responded.
“We’ve been trying, every time we have a Republican administration starting with Ronald Reagan, we tried trickle-down economics and what happened to the middle class?
Median wages, median household income has almost gone nowhere with regards to big tax cuts at the top.
How can you keep on, after all these years, believing this stuff?”

You're way out of touch especially on Michigan. All those white blue collar workers are showing up in November
Are you for real?
The Arithmetic in Donald Trump’s Jobs Plan Doesn’t Really Work
The problem is that when you dive into the math around jobs and G.D.P., it becomes clear how unlikely the country is to meet Mr. Trump’s goals. And that’s true even if you believe his agenda would be good for the economy.
As a simple matter of arithmetic, G.D.P. boils down to how much people are working, and how much economic output is generated for each unit of work.
The more workers you have, the more hours people will work and the more stuff you’ll make. Demography is really important to shaping how high G.D.P. can grow. For example, those shiny growth numbers in the second half of the 20th century were helped along by millions of women entering the work force.
Right now there are 152 million Americans working. The Congressional Budget Office projects that number will be 159 million in 2026, at the end of the 10-year window Mr. Trump talks about.
The C.B.O. bases its forecasts on demographic modeling. If it’s right, that’s a rise of only seven million in employment, a far cry from the 25 million Mr. Trump envisions. So he would have to find huge numbers of extra workers somewhere.

Donald Trump Again Refuses To Say That Barack Obama Was Born In The U.S.
The Republican nominee for president still won't say that the current commander-in-chief is a natural-born citizen.

Liar, from cnn
Trump had again refused to say whether he believes Obama was born in the US, despite recent efforts by his top surrogates to downplay the "birther" controversy.
"I'll answer that question at the right time. I just don't want to answer it yet," Trump told The Washington Post.
Her average in Michigan has been at 5 point since the race started. Hasn't moved an inch. I have numbers to back that up.
What have you got?
Trump won't get Michigan, New Hampshire or Virginia. Cold hard fact.
Did you watch how Trump backed down when a female pastor told him to off with his political attacks while in Flint Michigan? Dude is not liked there at all.
