He mentioned Blind Boy Fuller, who was one of the classic examples of the Piedmont sound, here is that Pistol Slapping Blues,
Sonny Terry was also blind, and one of the best half dozen or so harmonic players in them blues. He also played with Brownie McGee, Leadbelly, Woody Guthrie and Lightnin' Hopkins.

I also added Frank Sinatra's greatest hits. While I'm really not a fan of "lounge music" like Tony Bennett, Mel Torme etc I do like Sinatra.
My fav Sinatra.
What ya do with Sinatra is mix him with other legendary artists like Elvis, The Beatles,Bob Wills and His Texas Playboys, Bob Dylan, Jimmy Rodgers, Rolling Stones, Hank Williams, Bessie Smith, Woody Guthrie, Lead Belly, Robert Johnson, Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, etc.
Usually I keep in the same mood, or a theme, this would be the exception, just a hoge poge of whatever.

6'2" Schwarzenegger, at his bulkiest, juiced-up max, was 245.
I was 10 years old in 1959, so me and a couple buddies get dropped off at the Saturday morning matinee (a quarter). Back then ya got a movie, a cartoon then another movie. The first movie was Hercules starring Steve Reeves. While I knew the Hercules story because I was into mythology even at that age, but I knew nothing about Steve Reeves. I left the Fox Theater in Visalia knowing what I wanted to be, yep....a muscle man. So I started doing push ups and chin ups, started lifting everything I could find. Asked my dad to buy me some weights, he told me I was too young for that.
Then at around 14 I saw this guy in a magazine.
Now I'm begging dad for some weights. I would have to wait until I was 15 and playing football before getting a bench and a 120 pounds. Been lifting ever since (except 8 weeks in boot camp, there it was pushups, tons of pushups, and bench pressing my rack)
Women care about abs and ass. Ya gotta have that six pack and tight ass and ya can toss calves in there. Big muscles are more for us, not so much for the ladies. They are more into that tight athletic gymnast type physique.

I get the fact a lot of you know nothing about influenses or the history of it a, that really is a shame. Knowing the roots, origins, adds to that listening experience. As does knowing about the bands/artists.
