Probably have to give him the whole pre-season to evaluate..Largely because of have LJC and Dedmon played..

No he's not, but he outplayed Dedmon by a lot and that's not a good sign -- even after 1 preseason game.
Dedmon looked sluggish and lazy even though he's rail thin. Not a good sign. Pretty disappointed in the way he looked tonight. R.C will have to address the front-court if Dedmon/Lee/Anderson don't improve.

I think he could make the team. That last spot is going to go to the best combination of performance and need. If Anthony plays like a solid vet, he'll probably win the performance metric, and if Dedmon and Lee struggle for the rest of the exhibition period, he'll probably win on need.
He's better than Garbino
agreed, gonna give him the benefit of the doubt though... maybe he looked so lost because he hasn't played with those units a lot? you have to assume he's been practicing more with patty and manu than everyone else he played with tonight, right?
also... landry wouldn't be a difference maker. noel at least has more potential...

Agree. It's hard to build chemistry on court when there are so many new guys on a team, hopefully the preaseason will allow them to look more natural together
It's a bad sign when a 34 year old outhustles rookies who want to make the team. This is gonna be one long, bad season. Just tank.

I agree with Chinook that the last roster spot is based on performance and need. I think they still need a 3rd string PG and what's really concerning is that Dedmon looked this awful. Was more shocking to me than Anthony bc he's under contract.

Didn't really see him. He didn't play in the latter part of the second half which is what I saw.
I'm surprised the Red Rocket didn't get into training camp if Joel Anthony's all they got to replace him, tbh.

Rotates on D way better than I've seen before. It was a muddled pre season game. Anyone that thinks they're going to draw anything from that game is nuts.
