He was 100% right about how ty Obamacare was and how it did absolutely nothing for most people...which in hindsight, is EXACTLY what the the Dems practices with pandering to ultra-minority interest groups like BLM and LGBT- if it works for so few at the expense of the majority, they will tout it as a "success" while ignoring the fact that 70-95% of the population didn't receive any benefit from such absurdities like this insurance scam Obama put on everyone.

ACA was NEVER literally, mandatorily about controlling costs. BigHealth would have killed it if it had been, like they killed Hillary's health reform.
ACA couldn't even TOUCH the Repug regulation that blocked, limited US govt from negotiating drug, device prices as "single buyer", like non-"craziest" countries have done for decades.
Primarily, ACA was primarily for the HUMANITARIAN goal of getting poor people coverage and into health care. And THAT worked wonderfully, aka, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.
BigHealth got paid, like they always do, because America is ed and un able.
Insurance companies and providers still and always have defined the costs as whatever they want it their profits to be, just like BigFinance and the rest of the corporatocracy.
Plenty of commentary has assumed Bill was referring to the USA total health care as "craziest", and not specifically ACA.
There's a story this week that a hospital charged a couple $40 for them being allowed to hold their just-born baby "skin to skin".

.... specific groups ONLY, not the entire population. poor people/Medicaid, people with catastrophic insurance (made illegal), people with medical conditions denied insurance "for profit". ACA was to, and did, get insurance and health care to those groups, and subsidized it to make it affordable.
