Accuracy speaks to how close it comes to the target. Even an inaccurate attempt can hit the target. It also implies that it will be in the area to some extent just not reliably on target. If it was meaningless then it would be put into different terms.

You are now babbling about hypothetical non-sequiters that have literally nothing to do with the fact that your intial asseertion -- that the poll is still some evidence -- is incredibly wrong. And what I said is not mutually exclusive. If you know that something is inaccurate by a certain amount you can use that to deduce the truth. In this case you could determine the difference in demographics of the sample and the actual population and adjust.
It's not irrelevant when your claim is that it is meaningless. Look at the above post I described the process by which one could reach the correct answer.
