I feel for every fan of this team. It`s bad. Team is mentally challenged, owners can`t even sign their best prospect, team has too much talent to have #1, a getting this picking isn`t solving , because QB position is not the issue.

Last season — McCoy’s third in San Diego as head coach — the Chargers lost 2.6 games' worth of win probability added (WPA) in the fourth quarter or overtime, trailing only the New York Giants (-2.8) and tied with the Dallas Cowboys. (WPA measures the swing in each team’s chances of winning a game with each play, and it can be added up to isolate how — and when — a team helped or hurt its chances of winning.)
This goes beyond simple "if the game ended after three quarters"-type stuff to encompass many types of bungling that can make a game closer than it had previously been. If a team has a 75 percent chance of winning with six minutes left but then throws a pick-six to put its odds at 20 percent, that’s 0.55 games' worth of lost win probability. So 2.6 games is a lot. And the team has nearly matched that total already this year, losing 2.1 games of WPA in the first four games of the season. Added together, that two-year total of -4.7 WPA in the fourth quarter or overtime ranks 19th-worst by any team in a two-season span since the Super Bowl era began in 1966.
And again, that’s comparing this season’s Chargers, four games into their schedule, with teams that had many more opportunities to blow games. On a per-game basis, the 2015-16 Chargers have lost more WPA in the fourth quarter or OT than any other team of the Super Bowl era did over a two-year stretch.

I can't say it enough: this franchise is an absolute ing joke.
I'd love to see the Chargers go on to win the Superbowl, Derek Anderson come in and star, keeping " " on the bench. "Struggle Wilson" falls totally apart and the last we see of him he begging for change on Seattle street corners. Andrew Luck goes on to win the 2017 Superbowl.

dont remember, but chargers went to playoffs from 2004, 2006-2009 and then again in 2013. 2009 they actuallly went 13-3 but lost right away in playoffs.

What a bummer they lost all those players they have to injury and blew all those leads. This really is a 4-2/5-1 team, honest.
The AFC West might be the division where every team there has a legit shot to win it. Obviously not now for the Chargers, but what if?
I did see a.."we just don't wanna play tonight get even in a couple weeks at home"..from the Broncos. Don't like these Thursday games, the players do not wanna be there.
