I'd take a 2nd rounder for him and then keep Garino or sign a decent big man who gets waived sonewhere else
He's not worth a second rounder at this point...he's terrible.

He had Jeff Ayres hands today...

Spurs rarely do the season-around-the-corner trades..Though, If this team stumbles out of the gate a la 2014-2015 and the bench continues where it left off in the Thunder series, him and Kyle will be the obvious target for PATFO to move in a minimal shake-up attempt...Only other guy i could see them dangle is probably Mills especially if they are not planning on paying him..

With Laprovittola and Forbes having a strong preseason, as much as I like Patty, I'd consider trading him too -- but only for the right deal.

Hypothetical: Patty, Kyle, Livio for Noel and Covington or Grant would work for me. Sixers are not going to get fair trade value for Noel since this is the last year of his rookie deal. He's on pace to receive an offer close to the max and that's something most teams may want to shy away from or not give up significant pieces/assets for.

I'd then just waive Simmons or trade him to Bucks for a protected 2nd rounder.

    PG: Parker/ Laprovitolla / Murray
SG: Green / Manu / Forbes
SF: Kawhi / Covington or Grant / Garino
PF: Aldridge / Lee / Bertans
    C: Gasol / Noel / Dedmon

Forbes has Mill's replacement written all over him. If this scenario could play out the Spurs improve the SF and center rotations and a post rotation of Aldridge, Gasol, and Noel would give the Warriors real problems.

    He looks awful out there...

Trying too hard on offense and just poor defensively.
Worst poster on ST as always.

Well already he's getting compared to Dayers in this thread.

Better get comfortable bc he will be here all season.

Best case scenario he pulls it together just enough to help... or midseason he's traded or waived for some help.

There has to be a team with an attractive offer for a RFA like Noel especially if they have had difficulties attracting free agents.
