Any centre who ever played defense got dunked on at some point. Jordan dunked on mourning and screamed, finger wagged mutombo, and dunked on Ewing. Robinson, jabbar, wilt, Russell, Duncan, Wallace, Ratliff all got dunked on. Were they soft? What was MVPau supposed to do? Flagrant foul white side in a preseason game?

And funny how Duncan is finally now being appreciated by laker fans.

Phil used to compare his game to being like a White Swan because it was so graceful. Kobe said he wanted him to be a Black Swan with some hood in it. That play vs Whiteside looked like TOSB Grey Swan

I clown Jim all the time, but he was a great defensive anchor for a a long time. Spur Fans that think you will not miss a beat (defensively) are delusional. Y'all will score on teams but how often can you make "in the paint" stops with softies like LMA and MVPAU? I don't see it tbh.
