I'm willing to bet it has to do with Aldridges' offseason. For the second straight year, he's come into camp looking doughy. For a leader of a team that has championship aspirations, that can't sit well with R.C and Pop.
Just look at Kawhi and look at Aldridge, there's a huge difference in the body of work and that is tied to work ethic.
