The Warriors will choke in the playoffs again, barring another ridiculous injury bug like in 2015.
My . This guy knows his . Was dead on with Peyton Manning's career. And he sees the same with the Warriors that I do.

The Warriors had to count on both Curry's baby ankles and Bogut's fragile body to hold out an entire season, and the numbers were just against them. This year they have a better chance of being relatively healthy, but their lack of size is going to mean they're worn out and beat up when the playoffs come around. If the Spurs have any success running a big lineup against them tonight, you'll see teams continue to do it until they can stop it. Draymond is a great defender of bigger guys, but he had a lot of people to absorb punishment for him last year that ain't around now.

That would be a big deal. For as much as they lost Curry some games and that Raymond is overrated, etc... he is very important to their system working. If they don't have Raymond, they are no the same team IMO. Yea they can still shoot and will win games, but it is not the same if you have to play D-west there for example.

When the game is on the line...Kobe took over. MJ took over. Steph took over. Kyrie in last year's Finals took over.

Does Kiwi have that in his game?

IMO being the most consistent player on a 67 win team being named defensive player of the year and first team all NBA is a "take over" star in my book.

Which is why the Lakers never won a championship with him as the first option.
    "A" championship? How about two.

Thinking Kobe "won" MVPau's two rings

Kobe never rang as the first option. He never won a playoff series as the first option. , he rarely even made the playoffs as the first option.

Kobe "taking over" = heroball and bricking.

If Pau is 75 percent of the player he was with the Lakers, the Spurs have a chance to be elite.

Kobe was Gilbert Arenas surrounded by elite defenders, great clutch shooters, and great coaching. There are a dozen shooting guards you could put on any of those le teams and do every bit as well. Kobe and his fans broke up two championship rosters and turned LA into a place where free agents didn't even bother to visit.
