I have no idea which elections or the situation this was referencing. There have been more than a few elections in Palestine since Arafat croaked. But as far as foreign policy goes, Hillary is a player. Guarantee Putin and others will not be laughing with her in the WH. Not saying she is honest or correct, but she will be taken seriously.
