I don`t think Patty would like to leave, he has said many times and shows every time he can how he values the team environment and his "friends" within it (Manu and Boris last year).
The problem will always come down to Tony, if Mills gives you his current production for, say, 8 millions a year, and Laprovittola can handle the backup untill Murray is ready (say 2-3 years), then what do you do with Tony.
Right now he is giving you nothing, i believe the best we could do is give Tony a month of rest and conditioning, and see if he can regain some of his speed and finishing ability. This team would really benefit if you can get a real contributor out of that 30 million contract he has left.
