I agree, but he invites it with his behavior imo. He basically paints a target on his back for the rest of the league's players, and I'm sure there's more than a handful of coaches who don't appreciate the way he plays the game on and off the field.

None of that matters. I don't give a about how a guy acts when i'll never meet him. Just call the game fairly and quit giving scrub ass QBs preferential treatment. Call the same ing fouls for this guy.

Brees and Brady are old-school pocket passers, they're both getting up there in age, and they aren't built like a brick house. Marcus Gilbert of the Steelers said it best: Scam wants to run over linebackers, corners and safeties all day and crown them, but then he wants to cry to the league about how he's "unsafe" when defenses deal a little punishment back to him.

Fun fact: In the last three years, Scam Newton has been the victim of fewer missed roughing-the-passer calls than Jay Cutler, Alex Smith, Josh McCown, Andrew Luck, Matt Ryan, Kirk Cousins, Joe Flacco, Ben Roethlisberger, Case Keenum, and Ryan Tannehill. If the NFL is racist, why is Scam Newton being coddled more than all of those white quarterbacks?

In fairness, the league has also missed more RTP calls on Geno Smith than Newton in that timeframe. But to Geno's credit, you don't see him crying about it to the press or begging Goodell for rigged reffing.
