george hill was got damn impressive, the best ive seen play vs the spurs

and the spurs defense didnt know what to do against the jazz offense, they were a step behind all game long
They moved the ball much better than the Spurs TBH and were consistent with it. I don't know how they would look with Hayward, but they were impressive as a team tonight. Georgie... I am convinced.

    Manu - 1/5fg
    Mills - 4/8fg
    Dedmon - 0/3fg
    Lee - 2/3fg
    Anderson - 0/3fg

Bench got outscored 45 to 23

Manu, Simmons, Kyle, and Dedmon were a combined 2-18. That's the ballgame. Those 18 shots are about 1/4 of the Spurs total FGA, and they shot 11%.

BTW - Lee going 2-3 isn't a problem. His defense was my biggest concern, and it wasn't good tonight. But if those other guys had each gone 2-3, we would have won that game.

They had him standing in the corner when he was w/ the Pacers but he can actually run a PnR similar to Kawhi.

Patty's Tragic 3-on-1 fastbreak while scrubs on the Jazz were hitting 30ft shots said it all.

Jazz make 15 threes, second most in franchise history. Bottom line, the Spurs give up 71 points in two quarters. That's a pretty big mountain to climb.
Precisely. I'm not even mad tbh. It was a flukey game. They were hitting everything it seemed. We got outplayed. We can't expect KL to bail us out every game. There were alot of contested threes that they knocked down. Paus patented foul and 1 to the offense reared its head. Don't want to pick on him though Parker had one, but we just got outplayed, had some mental errors, and they hit near franchise record threes.

Watched bits and pieces of this game, it seemed every time I was watching the Jazz were raining down 3's.

Tip your hat, move on and don't expect to see the Jazz stroke 15 odd 3's next time.

Fluke game. It happens. Hard to beat a team that is hitting shots like that. Their bench killed our bench, though, and Aldridge needs to grab more rebounds.

I'll take .800 ball for the rest of the season...wouldn't you?
