Yeah kiss of death. Plenty of errors in that post. Auto correct FTL.
I assume you mean "kiss of death", but my mind flashed to GS' owner having an army of child soldiers. "We're light-years ahead of the rest of the league. By the time everyone else realizes this is a war, our kids will be fully grown and trained to kill."
Yeah kiss of death. Plenty of errors in that post. Auto correct FTL.
Garino already said he's playing with Toros. Is LCJ committed too?

Meanwhile, Austin #Spurs release their training camp roster... here it goes ... Arcidiacano, Garino and Jean-Charles on the team

Eddie back in the Toros. I guess he couldn't stick with the NBA team that called him up?
Wangmene hanging on through sheer willpower from RC.
Yea, he was waived after training camp. Great shooter, but maybe he doesn't do enough of anything else at an NBA level. I never watched him play for the Wizards...
Maybe I missed it but I'm surprised no one has posted about Dejounte being assigned to the dl.

Hey! Thanks for sharing! He needs it.
Hoping and praying that he benefits beyond our imagining. The big boys in SA need him sooner rather than later. It does make me wonder how Tony's struggles might motivate Dijon, making him believe the job could be his sooner rather than later.
He is very, very, very raw. I believe Nico might be able to do more for the team this season, that Tony has more chances of getting out of his slump, Anderson has more of a chance to find a niche, Dedmon has more of a chance to stop fouling, ... than the chance Dijon has to help this season. The odds of that happening are very, very low. I am sure he wants to play, but he cannot help right now.
I will follow him up in the dleague, though.
Agreed. I don't expect anything from Dijon this season. My point was simply to wonder what impact (if any) Tony's very poor start to this season might have on Dijon's frame of mind.
Good point...
yooo. Anthony Beane went to my college. He was a freshmen my senior year. That cat could ball for a small school. Shocked to see him make it this far.
Good for him though.
In many scenarios, seeing the gray beard metaphorically slumped over his desk drooling over his papers during the middle of the work day might provide some additional motivation for the young guy. Come to think of it, the company president might have additional incentive to fast-track the pup...
Damn good point...
Nice visual. I feel like watching Hudsucker Proxy now.

Most interesting Austin team to follow, especially when Murray gets sent down.

I guess Pop plans on shortening the rotation to make the learning curve slower for those that are going to play the most. Makes sense.
Davis really needs to practice setting screens to free himself. He hasn't been freeing himself for shots well. It will do him good.
Assignments last season were great for a vet like Boban for example. He came back from the assignments playing much better and with more confidence.
I will probably watch their game. I am very intrigued by them.
Austin had now become must watch TV!
