I don't know if you saw this:

Guy tweeting is not a hack... it's uncertain, but late November is a lot later than I thought Danny would be back.
I didn't see that exact tweet, but Danny is on my FBB team, so I got that update. Yeah, honestly three weeks from his last game would be this upcoming Tuesday, and three weeks from when the injury was announced would be the Saturday after this upcoming one. It would be a stretch to call that late-November. Only thing I can see is if the team is being extra-cautious to avoid Danny turning into Splitter 2.0.

And to elaborate on why that concerned me: Danny reportedly got the first or initial contusion/bruise or whatever that injured him during open gym and before training camp, that was late August... for about 2 weeks in training camp he was just shooting and didn't practice, or got involved in any contact. They brought him back for a few preseason games and without us seemingly seeing any play out of the ordinary that would injure him again he was held out again since preseason, so I suspect it's a nagging lingering thing. Since they already tried to bring him back early when he wasn't 100% they are now making sure.

I almost dread bringing this up, but Bertans with that leg contusion in his twice surgically repaired knee too...

I could have sworn that they announced he would be out for 3 weeks like a week before the season even started....late November seems kinda far imo

Extended and/or lingering injuries to both Danny and Davis would spell doom for the Spurs' season. Big worries...

It's opportunities for others. I still hope others step up, but those who were hoping Danny would be the savior for the SL, have to start the Novena with me lol

As much as I hate Fathead's play Joe Johnson is a good matchup for him. Simmons can't really guard JJ or Hood.

You're assuming JJ is who Pop would match Kyle against...

I'd hope so. Fathead has no hope of guarding Hood with any success.
