I'm use to the third string playing well with energy and organization. These rookies look lost.

Would be awesome if the bench provided a spark here, but they look just as bad. Just not smart choices

Yea was thinking the same. I know they haven't played together much, if at all. But some of this stuff is simple mistakes they're making

Cripples play-by-play guy expecting Pop to put back the starters after he cleared the bench.

Yep and Spurs have a lot of games like that. Pretty good chance the game will be over if they're already down by double digits after the first.
Yeah that has historically always been true even during the Duncan era.

That Lady Gaga commercial needs to go. It is irritating. Why show it twice in the same break!?

Considering everyone on the Cripples is going off, this was a good game for Kawhi to wet the bed.

Kawhi led teams are going to struggle if he is in charge of starting the offense. He's mot
lebron or Parker of ginobili. Let someone else initiate the offense and wiro
    the ball to Leonard.

Good teams don't get blown out at home.

It's going to be a long season. I miss TD and the prime of the Big 3. This team just doesn't have any true leaders anymore.

Not yet anyway. Hoping for Kawhi to keep turning the corner.

He looked gassed to me, all his shots were short & he was playing lazy defense. That might be why Pop benched him very early in the game.
Yeah, he most definitely wasn't 100%. I guess that's what happens when you carry both the offense and defense.

Good defensive teams you mean... Spurs defense is not what it used to be.

Need one seed to have a chance this year. Can't play warriors, clippers then cavs. I dunno, might just be the clippers year. They finally have a bench and doc has no problem playing his starters 40+ minutes.

Let the Cripples finish w/ the 1st seed, they always choke in the 2nd rd.
I think that may change this season. Unless the Dubs do something to strengthen themselves inside, this Clips team could win the west.
