Nah - not at all. Keep sticking to that high road and supporting Hillary - see where that leads this country.

It's one thing to say "I'm voting Hillary because I have to. Trump cannot be allowed to win, but I hate that I have to vote for Hillary because I do not believe in her and I think she is bad as well. A different bad, but bad nonetheless."

    VS

"I'm with her!!!! Trump is awful and all the years and years and year smoke around Hillary don't matter! She's amazing and truly a honest leader!"

We shall see. The fact this was not a landslide (at least it appears that way now) is a huge blow. There is no freaking way that Donald Trump should have been allowed to run for President let alone it be a close election. It's sad and depressing.

Well, as much as I hate Trump, Hillary really is just as bad. Shame on anyone for supporting either of these people. Where Hillary supporters went wrong was in not condemning the garbage that Hillary was while at the same time letting everyone know Trump can't win.

The fact (like many on here) people flat out supported Hillary and took the high road might have backfired big time because instead of getting to the point of the issue that matters (the complete disenfranchisement of people with these politicians - Hillary being the poster child) it's driving people to the anti-government Trump with people thinking this system needs a full clean house re-boot.
Broadly agree - shame that the anti-establishment guy had to be an unstable clown. Also, the distrust of government will only increase when voters see Trump + R House + R Senate trying to squirm out of all the impossible promises he made (wall, deportation, 35% tax on Chinese goods, bringing back steel plants and coal jobs, etc). One thing is for sure though, both parties will need to completely rethink their pitch to voters going forward.

It's a free country. Why shouldn't Trump have been "allowed" to run?

Imo, the crux of the problem is that the poor want too many handouts and the super rich don't want to give anything. Billionaires and multi billion corps are avoiding taxes so it puts the burden on everyone in the middle.

Anyone who has ever tried to predict anything involving human decisions has been wrong if they have done it enough.
