Guy is a racist condescending prick, lecturing all of us for exercising our right to vote. It wasn't just whites who voted for trump, it was all kinds of people. And did 97% of blacks not vote for obama because of his race? And was that not to the detriment of millions of white Americans who hated his agenda and wanted something different for our nation? So why is he complaining now and making it about race since his hoe lost?

The need for racial fear might be overblown in the aftermath of Trump's win, though I understand what Jones is saying there, too. (It's interesting that the way to dismiss his point is to question the messenger and not the message itself; as if only a perfect spokesperson can make a valid point on a controversial issue).

But I think that there are legitimate concerns in the LGBT community and in minority religious groups that their recent social gains towards equal footing in American society are now quite vulnerable. Not necessarily because Trump has said it, but because many in what is now the majority party have said such things and because Trump seems perfectly willing to do whatever is necessary to placate his base.

why? Trump has spoken about the need to protect gays from terrorists coming into this country and attacking them like in Orlando. A lot of gays voted for trump because if that attack. People are just butthurt and being hysterical. Is anyone actually booking their flight right now? They aren't really scared for physical safety, just scared for the social change the trump revolution will bring. They hate old original Christian hard working America

So when Senator Cruz is able to pass a law that seriously interferes with the right to same-sex marriage, you think President Trump will just veto it?

It is beyond true though that many whites were voting against immigration and the increasing ratio of minorities in this country. Surprised anyone would even bother to pretend different

And the Supreme Court will not be there save the day either...

But when that time comes, the blame should squarely fall with the Dems, IMO, they were y and shortsighted to think a horrible candidate like Shillary could still pull it off.

    It was her turn tho

Just that very notion was sickening. It really made you come to grips that we've been ruled by an oligarchy this whole time, only voting for people they approved of. I am glad someone turned that on its ear. I hope it keeps happening, though I hope the people who do it turn out to be better than it think Trump will be.

Keeps denigrating Hillary. People need to stop with the shtick. It gives more fuel to the Republicans that think both candidates are both just as bad. That can't be further from the truth. This isn't just a basketball game. This is real like consequences. It's not funny and will never be funny.

You truly don't get it. Iden y politics is precisely what precipitates the backlash. That way of viewing the world is what enables the rise of people like Trump. It's a bankrupt world view and not a good agent for change.

This is the type of garbage that reinforces everyone's vote for Trump. You can't expect to insult the customer, and then complain when they don't buy your product.

He does if Ducks says he does. Ducks deserves the benefit of the doubt right now.
