People are seriously overreacting. What the are women, African-Americans, and Hispanics so worried about? He made specific threats to Muslims and undo ented immigrants. They're really the only ones I sympathize with because they'd be the ones most affected in a worst case scenario. All these other types of people are just trying to jump aboard the victim bandwagon because he said some insensitive things.
It's good that he's backtracking some already though. I've been saying that the rhetoric he used throughout his campaign was just to rally the rednecks. Was it deceiving? Sure, but it's a much better option then him ending up being an actual racist. Besides the other candidate colluded with the DNC to win the primaries so it's not like King Trump was the only one deceiving people.
You are not seeing the things in perspective, there are lot of things that Trump did and I think they were wrong but you must understand he was a private citizen, going to the Howard Stern show to talk about dirty things and lot of other things.
Clintons on the other hand are USA s they are not private citizens, using politics to get filthy rich, to get power and they used the media to bash Trump and nobody talked about Bill Clinton rapes but they talked about those fake s crying OH TRUMP TRIED TO TOUCH ME! they invested a fortune to make this elections a Jerry Springer show dont you see that?

The problem with targeting illegals is that ALL Mexicans are "illegals" to trump supporters. Imagine how those kids eating lunch felt when the other kids were chanting "build the wall", some of them were terrified and crying. I mean WTF kind of is that? Yeah, life is tough and the kids will probably be fine in the long run but how is that supposed to help "unite" the country? That just creates more hate and division. White kids jump a Mexican and then Mexicans retaliate and the cycle never ends.

That's not Trump's fault though. Those types of people already existed. I'm actually glad they're coming out of the woodworks. They're in for a surprise if they think a Trump presidency means they can openly be racist/ phobic/etc without consequences.
I was called a a load of times throughout school because I was born in Mexico. Often times by American born Hispanics that looked no different than me. Kids can be assholes. Sucks that those kids had to go through that but it's nothing new. Racism has always existed. They would've experienced it one way or another even without Trump in the picture. And yeah most racist s consider all Mexicans illegals, but the law doesn't and won't. Trump isn't going to enact a law that makes all brown people illegal.
Companies even went bankrupt under Mitt Romney's watch at Bain. When you have your hand in that many companies, some wil succeed and some will fail. Trump's real estate is a high leverage game; if the banks let you borrow, you borrow and when you win, you win big. When you lose, you try again until they stop lending to you. But his more recent ventures have all capitalized on his name. Imagine how successful he'd have been had his name been ... John Smith.A good business man doesn't go bankrupt multiple time.

Both were horrible candidates. Trump openly bashed Muslims, while Clinton took millions from middle eastern governments that rule over states that are essentially legitimized versions of ISIS. My only hope for Trump is that he's not a political idealogue (which is why Obama has failed with healthcare, foreign policy, etc., despite meaning well and generally being well liked) but a pragmatist. Hopefully his ego pushes him to want to be remembered as the greatest president ever. Maybe he'll surprise people. There's also a chance he's an absolute disaster.
My favorite moment of the campaign was during a primary when Pop asked a sideline reporter who was winning the primary. He shook his head when he heard Trump and Sanders.
