A net positive in adjusted on/off, BPM and RPM, like he was last October-December..
He's averaging 10/5 on 46% so far this season. That's 13/7 per 36. Are we looking for more production overall? He's shooting a little worse than he normally does. What are his ideal numbers in your mind?

About 9-11 ppg shooting about 50% with a positive RPM.
In the playoffs atleast.![]()
To retire.
Freeing up cap space
Getting rid of his dribble dribble dribble game unless the match up allowed it and totally blend in offensively with the new order. I can accept lower FG% if he took more open 3pt shots, and please work on that floaters rather than those inconsistent mid range jumpers.
What he's been doing these last few games on offense has been fine. Being a threat to drive and shoot while creating looks via drive and kick is what the team needs.
He'll need to find a way to at least be a C+ on defense though, that hasn't been the case for a while.
Being a professional basketball player
Pop is not being a pro coach he is trying to get into polictics
So why should tp
Agreed. I think he's played very well these past few games.
The rim protection is not what it used to be either, and that's a factor...
Parker back from injury is just what we need
being head of the snake
To me TP's "dribble dribble" game is the equivalent of a running back who waits for the hole to open up in the offensive line. Yes, there are times when he does it, but it's helpful more times than not. It's the opposite of how Mills' high energy hot potato mentality often creates ineffective "ball movement." But overall, the idea that Parker is a ball-stopper isn't evidenced statistically. It's like the people that think Tony Romo throws a lot of interceptions. He doesn't compared to the rest of the league statistically and certainly didn't in the 4th quarter (otherwise he wouldn't have a top-5 QBR of all time and be the highest-rated 4th quarter QB of all time), but once people start a narrative, others start looking for it.
people with the dribble dribble schtick are the same that like Cojo or Hill...
I expect him to sign up to a Spurs message board with at least 3 alts, and have a schtick about himself being great from one alt while the other alts agree like clapping seals.
Play like he did in the past 4 games would be a great start.
I think if Tony manages to be at 13/6 in 26 minutes, that would be quite enough if his turnovers can be kept at less than 2 a game and his shooting can be near the 46%-50% mark. And great if he can shoot consistently the 3 and keep it over 37%.
That´s a per 36 of 20/8, i think Tony can do it if he puts the work.
surprised it took 20 response for det one![]()
