Very unlikely with Spurs D ranking and his own numbers on that end. But we'll see. He won his two awards later into the season...With some good games on defense from him/Spurs and Warrios losing a few in March/April...Who knows.
What I hate most about Warriors is they really deserved to lose against Bucks last week and Hawks tonight but they still won. F*CK THEM!

Kawhi isn't gonna threepeat; the Spurs' defense will barely be Top 10 imo. If anything, Paul Millsap deserves to win it especially if Atlanta's defense continues to be tops in the league.
I guess if you showboat and dance real hard, your blocks count twice.
It will be hard for Kawhi. But he still is the best DPOY even he doesn't go 100% of the time.
No one is better on defense than him.

Green get's exposed on defense when teams with Big men have shooters to space the floor. When you have a team in which no one can consistently hit outside jumpers, the warriors can crowd the paint. Won't work against us this season as we've already seen. He can have the DPOY award, we all know he's made of
Nah, I don't want him to have it, and that's not because I'm an asshole, it's because if he gets it then the refs will let him get away with even more fouling when he's inside the paint trying to guard bigs. Nope, I don't want him to get it.
Hopefully Kawhi and the Spurs crank up the defense. They really need to, for the team and himself.

He's one of the most amazing players I've ever seen at the NBA level, tbh..great leadership, versatility that has been matched by few, huge big-game performer(best player in game 7 of the NBA Finals, last year)..I would pay good $ to replace Aldridge's soft-ass for a real like Dray..
I doubt he wins DPOY, though, unless the Warriors finish in the top 5, defensively..right now, it would be Gobert IMO..
