What matters in law, is what the law can prove.
There is apparently insufficient evidence for the affected officers to be humiliated like they were. Shazbot... How would you like an overzealous state's attorney to take the power of government, and destroy your livelihood?
What if they are innocent?

Sounds like Mosby blows with the political wind instead of following the letter of the law. Being mayor in a city like Baltimore can be a very tough job when everyone is in your ear and you stray from following procedures put in place by law that has been created for impartiality.
This statement needs to be to be dropped as a call for peaceful protest. Why people don't get this is beyond me.
The irony is that it is a justice system controlled by the left.
