Geez I know it's early but I love Herman's train of thought early on. He's capitalizing on advantages that have been there for the taking all along. I like that he forced the big wigs to allow him to compete with the big boys as far as having strong support staffs. I think as everyone has mentioned he pays great attention to detail and that will go a long way in improving the football program as a whole.
No argument from me, this guy knows what it takes to succeed and is doing it. As of right now, he has a A+ in my book.

24/7 reporting Stan Drayton from the Chicago Bears' staff is still the #1 option to be the new RBs coach.
The contingency plan seems to be Louis Ayeni from Iowa State.
Whether UT hires Drayton or Ayeni, Coach Meekins will take over the TE position.
