The 1fichier link should allow you download at 4MB/s. It's a good game but even with a 1060 you'll be doing upscaling from 720p with lots of AA at times. Even a 1080 can't play at a native 1080p and still get a locked 60 fps.
You can get a reasonable framerate with the dynamic resolution scaling on since you have a GSync monitor.
But I had to turn it to medium to get a locked 60 fps on my 970. Since I don't have a GSync monitor that locked 60 is critical to me.
It's a good game with a fun story but not a must play like Witcher 3. And with that resolution scaling the graphics aren't that impressive, certainly nothing like Witcher 3, which is the gold standard of pc gaming right now.

Meh there was one person ahead of me at GameStop when I went in two hours after opening. Not bad to get a few PS4 games for half off.
I'm good with the three. Had four with my 1920 x 1200 hooked up too, but I need a bigger computer area for that. Using that one now as a standalone for my home security 16 camera DVR now.
I like mul asking. Turned the middle one to landscape (normal) with the outside ones in portrait mode.
I have a Nature Journal very legible single page to the left, Watching Lucifer on the center monitor, and the forum on the right.
PrtSc (printscreen) captures all three.
