Funny that the Spurs have been objectively better in the most recent 10 games but have been graded worse. Maybe it has to do with the team as whole underachieving and there being less leniency due to Green and Parker being healthy?
MVPatty keeps getting it done Dedmon is surely deserving of more minutes as well
Funny - with all the ing and second-guessing of the grades each game, you put them together and they look pretty representative. (The Danny anomaly after playing only 2 of the first 10 notwithstanding.) Kawhi is obviously the Spurs' best player, but he's under-achieved in some of the recent games. Dedmon and Lee have mostly exceeded expectations. Patty has been pretty consistently good, with a couple of blips. Pau and Aldridge have some well-deserved 0-2 scores that drag down their averages.
Starting at about midway through the season, it would be cool to look at the standard deviations, to show how consistent/inconsistent they have been.
I'm surprised Simmons is so low on the totem pole. It's clear how well he played in the first 10 and how drastically upward predictions about his future games were ramped, because he's still been the surprise of the team alongside Dedmon.
Think it has to do with those game grades after the first Washington game tbh.
Well if you're playing teams thats basically out ting you..ot doesnt matter if everyone gets a collective D if the opponet collectively is playing at an F level.
I decided not to even mention Simmons, and spare myself the arguments. Lots of people here insist he's played terrible, on nights that I think he's at least living up to expectations. Same with Lap.
If he's on the court, it means he's overperforming expectations. If he's playing more than 10 minutes a night, that's sensational.

You are correct...no one stepped up to do the LAL game. For that game, so I would have a valid number for the games played, I checked the boxscore for who played and gave them INC grades.
INC = Leonard, Mills, Ginobili, Parker, Gasol, Aldridge, Anderson, Bertans, Laprovittola, Murray. Changed "Games Played" to COUNT(range) + COUNTIF(same range, "INC")
