The problem is that Dryamond isnt exactly any physical weaker than Blake and Deandre is not an offensive guy. The difference with the spurs is that you can raly both on Gasol and LA.

Paul not attacking as much as he should is the bigger question. Its tough for the clippers to just change styles. Its hard for any team.

They have all the tools to play the style that's proven to work best against the Dubs even with DeMonkey/Griffin's flaws, so its pretty alarming that they don't seem to practice it enough. As CN said this style they continue to try against the Dubs hasn't worked in three years now, so why not actually adjust a bit?

Having both team's starters in the game right now is just asking for trouble, whether with an injury or a fight.

Honestly I think the Spurs never lost a psychological edge over them. Losing Tim might've lessened some of it, but listening to the team and their fans (sans the bandwagoners) they still saw the Spurs as their greatest obstacle. If anything winning that game gave the Spurs some mental edge; it'll be tough to top this season as their statement win.

That's why getting the one seed is so important. The Clippers grow balls against San Antonio. You get one seed and you find yourself only worrying about one of them.

I'm confident we can out-seed the Clippers; they just have too many poor losses against ty teams; but it is going to be hard keeping up with Dubs without an injury to KD/Curry--too much firepower for the rest of league, tbh..

Its also the reason why every teamate hes ahed with has improved significantly. The dude knows how to get his teamates going. He knows how to empower people.
