Here's the thing about Draymond's shooting: Anything outside of 3 feet, you want to encourage him to take the shot. Last night, all of his 2P shots were dunks or put-backs. It's not surprising when any player shoots a high percentage on those shots. But he's not a dominant big man, who is in the middle creating all those dunks and put-backs. He's athletic, and he's on a team that spreads the floor like no other - so he's feasting. This year, he's shooting .166 on 2-pointers outside of 3 feet. And he's shooting .299 on his usually-wide-open 3-pointers. Put Draymond on just about any other team, and his offense get him maybe 5-7 points per night, most from clean-up duty on missed shots, and the occasional 3-pointer when the defense dares him to shoot.
That's just a fact. His career numbers say he can't shoot , unless he's right under the basket, or left alone at the 3P line. And even then, his 3P% is low enough that you live with it. So if he has 20+ on 80% shooting, you can bet that the other team was struggling to defend the perimeter, and letting him get free in the paint. So he goes 4-6 from the 3P line one night, instead of his normal 2-7, and yeah - he can shoot 80% and put up 20+ points. But if he was the SF on, say, the Clippers? He would totally be a fifth wheel on the offensive end.
Why'd you disappear so quickly after 3-1 tbh?
Why does the box score cut off to not show Austin Rivers? Honestly I can't remember if that's the game he went off on us...
tbh we lost that series on a toss up shot by Chris Paul that was literally a quarter inch from being blocked by the DGOAT.
Also, that Clippers team would have seriously threatened Golden State that year had Chris Paul not gotten hurt in Game 7 vs. the Spurs. They were a really balanced team and Paul was playing fantastic...
I love this laker troll. What an annoyingly funny stretched out Draymond face.
And ultimately his point is somewhat valid. Spurs should perform better against the Clips.
3-1..it's in the ing bag man.
........aka Choke-P3 destroyed Porker.![]()
Didn't GS lose to them the season before? Got Jackson fired?
because we all know Koolaid man err I mean benoit is actually a Lakerfan![]()
It's because blake doesn't miss jumpers against us. But even losing that game big I never felt we were out of it. the clippers.
anÇan't argue w/ maths tbh
I really doubt, after the series against houston, it is proven that they are just a regular season team, at some point they will fail
Paul was hurt for the entirety of THAT series vs. Houston... I've no doubt in my mind that LA takes that series with the level Paul displayed vs. Spurs prior to getting hurt.
Haha! Making OP look like the clown he is. And that was IN "Roaracle"![]()
Lol 3-1 lead and 73 games you really should start a new account here.
The only autist here is the one who can't upload a proper avatar. lol Stretched out donkey face.
BTW the Spurs blew out the Warriors this year, whats your point?
Damn...Love their hustle. They're dealing with injuries, without Conly...but they're pure HEART.
60 points Klay with 8...Loved this game!
Just imagine what 2011 Grizz would have done to this girls.
theyve been better without Conley tbh
