The squad is back in action tonight against Chicago! Let's close this road trip with a W
Everyone ready for our annual road loss on national television in Chicago?
Specifically on TNT
But this is different tho'. There's no washed-up D.Rose playing like MVRose vs the Spurs this time.
Interesting matchup between Wade/Jimmy vs Danny/Kawhi.
Like clockwork..
Danny?
The man couldn't stop JJ Red , much less a Wade giving PATFO the middle finger for signing Gasol over him tbh
No D.Rose to kill us? Okay, Wade will be the one to kill us this time.
Road win streak comes to an end tonight.![]()
Really need to take advstange of Rondo. He's up there with Porker and Westbrook as one of the worst defendings PGs in the league..Acrually he doesnt even try at least porker does.
In paper, should be a team Spurs beat. Can someone check their shooting stats?
In reality, Wade will go vintage, Rondo will make long shots, and McDermott will make like 8-9 3pt shots.
Bulls win.
Bulls will be playing hard after 3 losses, but we have the better team. Spurs win!
Game's prolly gonna come down to Mirotic. If he's hitting his shots it opens everything up for the Bulls' offense; if not the Spurs can pack the paint and dare the Bulls to take jumpers.
Is Rondo the biggest headcase in the NBA right now? I'd lean in his direction honestly.
I am just going to hold off on the soft/gutless talk with regard to this team for a while if they pull this one out..There is just nothing fluke about winning 14 straight in row on the road coming back from double digit holes in at least 4 or 5 of them..
Spurs have shown resilience and fight outside AT&T despite quite few flaws showing on both ends of the floor..That Bucks win was one of lowest-key impressive Ws post-2014...
Although I am expecting a loss, I do hope we don't go down easily..
It's a great matchup on paper, but as Kony said, Spurs somehow always lose @ Chicago..
Bulls' ISO-heavy offense fits right into the Spurs' defensive strengths, and they don't have the type of player that typically hurts the Spurs' defense(screen-using perimeter player or dynamic PG)..they also don't have any offensive big men to expose Pau, either..
Butler and Wade are near the top of the league in favorable whistles, though..that's probably the only way Chicago wins IMO..
Our first & only TNT game was against the Warriors this year. Maybe this season we'll have a new trend in that respect![]()
